Bi-directional MerusCase sync layer
The command center is the operational front-end; MerusCase remains the system of record. This layer keeps matters, contacts, calendar, tasks, and documents in sync — with conflict resolution and audit logging built in.
What this module will include
- OAuth connection screen + credential vault
- Matter ↔ Case sync (status, assigned attorney, key dates)
- Contact ↔ Client sync (deduplication, source-of-truth rules)
- Calendar events two-way push/pull
- Tasks & deadlines sync with priority mapping
- Document upload mirroring with retention rules
- Webhook ingestion for real-time updates
- Field mapping admin UI + sync audit log
Architecture is in place — components, types, and service folders are scaffolded for this section. Phase 1B brings the live UI and mocked workflow logic; later phases connect MerusCase, Tavrn, and AI services.
